A one-day workshop for primary school teachers, administrators, school psychologists and student support staff.
Participants will:
- walk away with comprehensive individualised plans and strategies developed specifically for their identified student
- Utilise a range of assessment tools including a brief functional assessment
- Profile observable idiosyncratic student behaviours across the phases of escalation. Identifying response classes and chains in the pattern of their students "acting out" behaviour
- Commence the development of a crisis management plan and associated strategies
- Completely develop a crisis prevention plan for the student
